Sandbags loudspeaker stands can greatly enhance the performance of your loudspeaker system. The stands are designed to provide a rock-solid base for loudspeakers and to anchor the loudspeakers to the floor by concentrating the weight of the entire assembly on the tips of the spikes. At the same time the small points of the spikes effectively decouple the loudspeaker from the floor, thereby reducing resonances and distraction vibrations that color music. The edges of the stands are rounded to prevent refractions, and the height of the stands minimize unwanted floor and wall resonances and project the sound of the loudspeaker at the appropriate height for the seated listener.
